Soya Chunks Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2–3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves
Method
1. Soak Soya Chunks
Boil water and soak soya chunks for 10–15 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
2. Prepare Masala
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, then sauté onions until golden brown.
3. Add Spices
Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and all dry spices. Cook until oil separates.
4. Add Soya Chunks
Add soaked soya chunks and mix well with masala.
5. Cook
Add a little water and simmer for 10–12 minutes so flavors absorb properly.
6. Finish
Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
