Aam Ras Recipe

Ingredients
- 3–4 ripe mangoes (sweet variety like Alphonso or local ripe mangoes)
- 2–4 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on sweetness)
- 1/2 cup chilled milk or water (optional for consistency)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A few saffron strands (optional)
Method
1. Prepare Mangoes
Wash, peel, and chop ripe mangoes.
2. Make Pulp
Blend mango pieces into a smooth, lump-free pulp using a mixer.
3. Adjust Taste
Add sugar if needed and mix well. Add cardamom powder and saffron for extra flavor.
4. Adjust Consistency
Add a little chilled milk or water if you want a thinner consistency.
5. Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours and serve cold.
